Are you a bulk-billing practice?
Yes. Donnybrook Family Doctors is a bulk-billing clinic for patients with a valid Medicare card. If you do not have a Medicare card, our reception team can advise on private fees.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online via HotDoc — see our Book page — or call reception on (08) 9731 1888. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are prioritised.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 7am–5pm. Saturday: 8am–1pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. For after-hours care please see our After Hours page.
Do you have female doctors?
Yes — Dr. Navneet Nandha (Dr. Nina) is a fellowed specialist GP with a particular interest in women's health. Please request a female GP when booking.
Can I see a physiotherapist?
Yes. Ankita Desai consults at our practice on Saturdays. Please call reception to book a physio appointment.
Do you offer telehealth?
Telehealth (telephone) consultations are available for eligible patients with continuity of care. Please ask reception when booking.
How do I get a repeat prescription?
Repeat prescriptions usually require a short consultation so your GP can review your medications. Please book online or call reception.
Do you do skin cancer checks?
Yes. Dr. Bhupinder Singh has a special interest in skin cancer medicine and conducts full body mole checks. Cryotherapy and surgical removal are available on-site.
Where can I park?
Parking is available directly outside the clinic on South Western Highway and adjacent side streets.
How do I access my health records or test results?
Please call reception or book a short consultation with your GP. We do not release results by email or phone without verifying your identity.
How do I make a complaint or give feedback?
